Marketing and Sales Admin Officer

Job Duties:

• Marketing building materials/ products via integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media; and traditional advertising including presentation material, catalogues, product samples etc.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage POSM inventory and availability.
• Closely work with sales team on sales admin and marketing support.
• Support/ Coordinate company events & staff activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Tertiary education with 3 years or above working experience. Working experience in building material & construction is an advantage.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with B2B media marketing and content creation for marketing material.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
