Assistant Manager – Business Development

Responsibilities

• Identify & explore B2C business opportunities not only limited to domestic but also overseas markets to achieve sales targets
• Work closely with the product team on service solutions & prepare business proposals based on customer needs
• Support RFI/ RFQ submission from proposal preparation, business presentation to contract negotiation
• Establish & maintain long-term relationships with customers for new business opportunities
• Lead contract renewal for existing accounts assigned
• Develop effective communications with operation teams to ensure consistent & excellent services are provided as per committed

• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of business development/ sales experience, preferably from the 3PL/ eCommerce industry
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills, result-oriented with can-do attitude
• Possess business acumen, experience in handling corporate/ regional accounts is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, experience in OMS/ WMS is an advantage
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
