Operations Officer / Manager – Wine Cellars

Company Overview:

We are one of the best wine cellars in Hong Kong. We provide privileged wine storage services to wine lovers and private collectors. We are also an importer and retailer of fine wines sourcing from all over the world. We are now seeking responsible, capable and cheerful individuals to join us.

Job Description:

-          Maintain daily operations of wine cellars and private lounge

-          Provide high-standard services to private collector clients

-          Prepare paper works: wine storage rental agreement and invoice

-          Handle email and phone inquiries

-          Manage company wine inventory, arrange wine sales deliveries, stock take

-          Assist in wine tasting event

Requirements:

-          DSE / Form 7 graduate or above, 3 year relevant experience preferred, fresh graduate with suitable characters will be considered

-          Integrity, responsibility and carefulness are essential characters

-          Helpful, good interpersonal and communication skills

-          Good command of written and oral English and Chinese

-          Physical strength is a plus

-          5-days work, 9:00am – 6:00pm (Mon to Fri)

-          Suitable candidates with more experience will be considered as Operations Manager
