Customer Service Coordinator

• Providing quality services including but not limited to reservation services through telephone, emails and/or live chat
• 透過電話、電郵及/或即時通訊(livechat)提供專業客戶服務，包括但不限於預約服務
• Offering immediate assistances towards enquiries and complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner;

• 以迅速、有禮且專業的方式，提供對詢問和投訴的即時協助；
  Maintaining good relationship among customers/members

• 與客戶維持良好關係
• Ad-hoc activities may be required occasionally
• 偶爾協助其他臨時性的活動

Requirement 職位需求

• HKDSE/HKCEE or above
• HKDSE/HKCEE或以上學歷

• Fresh Graduates are also welcome. At least 1 years of relevant working experience in customer services a definite advantage

• 歡迎應屆畢業生申請，具備一年以上客戶服務相關經驗優先

• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• 流利粵語, 良好英語及普通話
