Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:   

• Handle post contract quantity surveying duties including cost estimation, tender administration, tender analysis, contract administration, cost control and measurement work

• Prepare interim payment certification and payment assessment for subcontractors

• Prepare valuation of variation work and settlement of final account

• Attend site visit, tender briefing and project meeting

• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and other consultants

• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines

• 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in fitting out works or interior contracting firm

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Proactive, well-organized and attentive to detail

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
