What we expect from you

Reporting to HR Director, handle the whole recruiting process to meet hiring goals:

• Manage both HK & Macau frontline recruitment plan, recruitment budget and hiring process logistics
• Perform HR & recruitment activities include arranging interviews, conducting interviews for all store levels and support for on boarding logistics
• Communicate with internal parties to review the job specifications, headcounts and vacancies to support the frontline operations
• Monitor the recruitment strategies and hiring budget & expenses
• Coordinate recruitment fairs with external organizations & education institutes
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

• Degree holder
• 3 years of experiences as a HR generalist, ideally with retail recruitment exposure include Macau region
• Strong leadership and familiar with retail industry is preferable
• Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient PC skills in MS Office
