Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager / Senior Project Executive

Roles & Responsibility:
We are looking for a passionate Project Executive / Senior Project Executive. Responsible for project planning, website content management, prototyping and liaise with client and vendors, details responsibilities below:

• Plan and monitor the entire flow of digital project from planning to execution and testing
• Liaise with both internal designer / developer and external vendors to ensure the project is completed timely, safely and professionally
• Assist project director to serve and manage client’s enquires effectively
• Support technical team on trouble shooting
• Conduct research on user preference and behaviour to facilitate planning for better user experience
• Handle client and project management from inception to delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above with 5-year working experience.
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive or Assistant Project Manager.
• Self-initiated, aggressive and able to handle work independently.
• Be a good team player with good presentation and communication skills.
• Good command of both English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is definitely advantage.

Desire:

• Digital agency experience preferred!
• Experience on enterprise level platform e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Salesforce, CRM etc. is advantage.
