Inventory Planner & Merchandiser (Supply Chain)

Your Dream Job

• Demand Planning. Use sales data, industry know-how, and consumer trends to estimate future product demand, analyze inventory flow, and develop forecast models to ensure products are 99% in-stock. 

• Inventory Replenishment. Replenish at regular intervals to maintain inventory levels in a cost-efficient manner.

• Manage Logistics Network (Freight & Storage). Manage freight delivery of incoming inventory to our warehouses or wholesale partners. Develop reliable, low-cost logistics partners across our network of warehouses.

• B2C Order Fulfilment. Structure daily fulfilment process using SaaS software and manage the day-to-day coordination of all fulfilment steps, including communication with Sales Team and 3PL.

• Sourcing & Merchandising. Developing new product ideas based on sales forecasts and sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them. Ordering samples and negotiating product features, price, quantity, and production lead time with suppliers.

• Production and Supply Planning. Manage supplier communications at the point of purchase and proactively monitor manufacturers to deliver the goods on time and in full.

• Purchasing. Finalize order details, including product specs, quantity, and price. Create and manage POs, invoices, and contracts and ensure on-time delivery.

• Quality Assurance.Take ultimate responsibility for product quality, including technical specifications of products, inspection, third-party testing and certification, internal standards, and liaising with laboratories and suppliers to to improve quality and consistency of every product batch..

• Operations.Manage e-commerce website, online marketplace platforms and physical stores, including product listings, order management, check-out process, customer policies, and after-sales service including refunds and returns.

Your Profile

• 2 years + experience in supply chain, sourcing, merchandising, logistics, fulfillment and/or e-commerce and retail operations (preferably at a consumer brand)
• Expert in excel
• Energetic, enthusiastic, a can-do attitude
• Delights in solving problems
• Strong organization skills, can multitask and be detail-minded in a fast-paced environment
• Likes to work creativity to make beautiful products and ensure high quality
• Has experience working in ERP or inventory management system is much appreciated
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken and written)
• Fresh graduates with a great mindset and high flexibility will also be considered!
• Sense of humor is a huge plus!
