Executive Assistant / Executive Officer (Registry)


Applicants should possess:
 

  1. a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year work experience, preferably in the education sector;
  2. good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  3. a strong sense of responsibility;
  4. good organizational skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical abilities;
  5. good computer skill

The appointee will provide administrative support and secretarial support to the undergraduate/postgraduate programmes and the Registry Office.

Duties may include academic programme administration, student learning support, management of student records and any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
 

Candidates with relevant work experiences in tertiary education may apply for the position of Executive Officer.
