Sales Executive/ Sales Manager (Japanese speaking)

About the role

Join the rapidly growing Hong Kong Maylink Tech Co., Limited' as a Sales Executive. In this full-time role based in the Kwun Tong District, you will be responsible for driving new business development opportunities and expanding our client portfolio. As an integral part of our sales team, you will play a key role in the company's continued success and expansion.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and qualify new sales prospects aligned with our oversea market
2. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to capitalise on emerging opportunities
3. Engage in effective cold-calling, email outreach and networking to build a strong sales pipeline
4. Pitch our technology toys solutions to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner
5. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
6. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
7. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support lead generation activities
8. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth

Job Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of proven experience in new business development or sales, preferably within the technology toys industry
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
4. Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends
5. Proficient in Japaneses, English and Cantonese languages

6. Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Sales Manager
