Shipping Sales Manager

Job Description:

1、Conduct market research and contribute to strategic planning by developing marketing strategies and sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.

2、Perform client analysis, establish/maintain client relationships, develop new accounts, and identify deep-seated customer needs.

3、Achieve sales targets through effective deployment of company resources including products and pricing strategies.

4、Participate in commercial negotiations, contract term finalization and agreement execution.

Requirements:

1、Bachelor's degree or above.

2、Minimum 3 years' experience in deep-sea shipping, weather routing, or ship agency industries with established Operator resources.

3、Strong communication and negotiation skills with proven client development capabilities.

4、Keen market insight and excellent execution abilities.

5、Collaborative team player with cross-functional coordination skills.

6、Willingness for frequent travel between Hong Kong and Singapore.

7、Fast-learning aptitude with positive attitude.

8、Professional English proficiency for workplace communication.
