About the Job
- Support, maintain and lead the implementation of projects and provide technical support in R&S, Wi-Fi and Firewall product
- Support daily operation and troubleshooting
- Support, coordinate and implement in R&S, Wi-Fi and Firewall product
- Provide technical and service support with those systems
- Produce engineering, planning and operations documents during projection implementation
- Emergency call-out service when required
About You
- Degree holder in computer engineering or equivalent
- 3 years or above working experience with telecommunication field
- Knowledge and work experience in data network
- Holder of CCNP / CCIE will be advantageous
- Team player with initiative, eager to learn and deliver, good communication skills
