Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote YonYou products to clients, focusing on industries.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and aligning YonYou solutions to address challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase YonYou’s value proposition.
- Work closely with the Sales and Technical teams to refine sales collateral, address client technical queries, and ensure seamless product implementation.
- Provide feedback to sales and technical teams based on market trends and client requirements.
- Stay updated on YonYou product updates, competitor offerings, and industry trends to position HKBN as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS (ERP, CRM, or cloud solutions).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and articulate YonYou product features.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (English and Cantonese required; Mandarin a plus).
- Prior experience selling YonYou or similar enterprise software solutions.
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g. Retail, FSI, Trading).
