职位描述

Focus on analysis of salesforce for whole APAC and provide business support to the ASEAN/HK Cluster: Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam. Mongolia and any new countries added into the cluster in the future.

The main mission is to drive and help execute business activities: growing revenue, maximizing profits, business expansion and development, optimizing processes and meeting commercial and operation excellence objectives.

Sales and Operation Excellence (ASEAN/HK Cluster)

  • Support to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to optimize increase operation excellence and productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on sales processes, and own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and performance
  • Build a monthly, quarterly and annual reports on summary of sales and operation performance analysis on each product, countries, distributors for the ASEAN cluster which include historical results, current performance, and expected results in the future
  • Work alongside with manager to define and standardize business reporting, and create dashboards where deemed needed.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Demand Planning/Forecasts Accuracy (ASEAN/HK Cluster)

  • Own the end to end process of demand projections and monitor open orders and new orders to meet the target quantity and operation objective of the year.
  • Follow up with distributors, tender calling, bidding and fulfillment
  • Update of forecasts on monthly basis
  • Work alongside with manager to define and standardize business reporting, and create dashboards where deemed needed.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Business Development and Marketing Support (ASEAN/HK Cluster)

  • Proactively evaluating business opportunities and help identifying potential partners by conducting market research analysis, pricing analysis and feasibility studies, Go no Go analysis.
  • Maintain and manage up-to-date distributors’ information and agreement
  • Provide marketing support to ASEAN distributors (congresses, private events, advisory boards, products training for Doctors etc.) and events plan, documentation, budget follow-up, scientific communications, logistics, booths set-up & design, relationship with KOLs and customers
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Salesforce .com (APAC)

  • Consolidate data from all APAC markets into one automatically updating relational database, complete with sales, market conditions, budget, opportunities, and field visits data for all markets
  • Prepare Power BI reports providing regional overviews for global and APAC management

      Ensure constant quality of data to prevent erroneous decision-making
  • Collaborate with local teams to build day-to-day tools (Power BI reports, Power Automate flows, Power Apps apps, Excel sheets) used by sales representatives to define priorities and track their own progress
  • Conduct periodical meetings with country GMs and regional managers to discuss market performance and local BI needs
  • Prepare quarterly overviews of APAC performance to be presented to global headquarters
  • Collaborate with headquarters to solve outstanding data governance issues and define new data practices
  • Build ad-hoc global reports

Educations & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree with sales operation experience preferably with proven result
  • Candidate with Lean Six Sigma + Cross-cultural experience is a plus

Skills & Qualifications

  • Comprehensive experience in Power BI (preferable) or other data visualization tools
  • Thorough understanding of data governance principles and relational database logic
  • Power Query M, DAX, SQL, Tabulor Editor, MS Azure solutions, MS Power suite (Workflow Definition Language), Excel
  • Ability to optimize data visualizations (both queries and underlying data models)
  • Statistical knowledge welcome
  • Good sense of information design and ability to create concise but impactful reports
  • Commercially minded with Strong communication skills
  • Creative and dynamic
  • Attention to detail
  • Autonomy and good team player
  • Written and oral communication, computer literacy, analytical skills, mathematical skills
  • Willingness to adapt to audience needs (use of alternative tools, changes in report presentation)
  • Fluent English + other Asian language (+)
