We're looking for a Video Business Development Manager to be based in Hong Kong to drive sales to specific video channel and accounts. This role reports to the Country Head of Hong Kong.
An ideal candidate would
· Have 3 years or more of experience in dealing with enterprise clients;
- Have experience designing marketing programs to reach customers;
- Able to relate and understand the meeting room video conference and collaboration requirements of clients;
- Be comfortable with decision-makers of the clients and channel partners to pitch video and conferencing solutions;
- Have the business acumen and able to sniff out opportunities;
- Able to work independently but also confident in a matrixed environment;
- Eager to learn about tech hardware;
- Familiarity with using video conference applications (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet etc.) is necessary
- The employee should be based in Hong Kong
The responsibilities of this role would be to
· Develop Jabra’s video collaboration business locally for both channel and end-customer perspective
- Achieve and exceed your video revenue target;
- Widen and deepen existing clients’ relationships and engage new ones where none yet exist;
- Work and develop the current existing channel to be conversant in selling video, identify and recruit new channel partners to work with;
- Be a subject matter expert in video collaboration to support your team mates, partners and customers;
- Participate in the standard set of reporting and back-office work that makes modern technology companies function.
