We are a diversified private group with operations across F&B, education, real estate, and e-commerce. Due to continued expansion and team restructuring, we are now seeking an experienced Finance Manager who is proficient in full-set accounts, banking operations, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

崗位職責 / Job Responsibilities

1. 負責公司全盤帳目處理，確保財務資料準確完整；
2. 管理公司銀行帳戶，熟練操作網銀系統，包括資金日記帳、日常收支監控、銀行往來業務及各類網銀變更與維護；
3. 定期編制財務報表，進行財務分析並提供建議，支援管理決策；
4. 協助上級完成財務預算、稅務籌劃、成本控制等相關工作；
5. 持續優化財務流程，完善內部控制制度，確保合規運營；
6. 協調內外部審計，配合各類財務檢查；
7. 積極與團隊協作，配合跨部門項目，推動財務與業務的有效對接；
8. 完成上級交辦的其他日常財務事務。

1. Handle full-cycle accounting operations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records;
2. Manage company bank accounts with hands-on experience in online banking systems, including cash book maintenance, payment/receipt monitoring, banking transactions, and account maintenance/updates;
3. Prepare periodic financial reports, conduct analysis, and provide insights to support business decisions;
4. Assist senior management in budgeting, tax planning, cost control, and related tasks;
5. Continuously improve financial processes and internal controls to ensure compliance;
6. Coordinate internal and external audits as well as financial inspections;
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting business projects with financial expertise;
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

任職要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上學歷，財務、會計、金融等相關專業；
2. 8年以上財務工作經驗，具備全盤帳務處理經驗；擁有中資企業工作背景者優先，並具備餐飲、教育、房地產或電商等多行業經驗者更佳；
3. 熟練操作財務軟體及ERP系統，熟练操作MYOB，並熟悉其他系統（如用友、金蝶、Peachtree等）；
4. 具備企業網銀操作實務經驗，熟悉銀行賬戶管理、支付審批流程及各類網銀變更手續；
5. 具備優秀的財務分析能力，能獨立完成財務報表及經營分析；
6. 良好的溝通協調能力，重視團隊協作，能夠在分工明確的環境中高效配合；
7. 語言要求：流利普通話、廣東話及英文；
8. 工作細緻嚴謹，責任心強，能適應節奏快、要求高的工作環境。

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines;
2. At least 8 years of finance experience with full-set accounting exposure; prior experience working in a Chinese-invested enterprise is required. Candidates with multi-industry background (e.g., F&B, education, real estate, e-commerce) are highly preferred;
3. Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, Proficient in MYOB and familiarity with systems such as Yonyou, Kingdee, Peachtree, etc.;
4. Hands-on experience in corporate online banking operations, including account management, payment approval workflows, and banking system updates;
5. Strong financial analytical skills, capable of independently preparing financial and business performance reports;
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a structured team setting;
7. Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English;
8. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
