GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking for motivated and detail-oriented Junior Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. You will support project execution and deliver customer excellence to our international sales teams and airline clients. We’re looking for someone who is organised, responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a positive and collaborative mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver outstanding customer service by following established processes and ensuring top-tier support for our international clients
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and coordinate projects with Purchasing and Product Development Teams
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare materials such as tender submissions, samples, presentations, quotations, and calculations
- Proactively manage project timelines and provide regular updates to the Sales Team
- Handle the full order cycle: issue sales orders, follow up on new orders, and monitor forecasts and deliveries through to project completion
- Track customer payments and ensure timely follow-up
- Address complaints and resolve issues within the expected timeframes to ensure customers’ satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
- Internship / Part-time working experience in Merchandising, or Sales Support within international trading environments
- A confident and outgoing personality with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- A proactive learner with a strong sense of responsibility
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with good organisational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Cantonese is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
