Lead Generation and Business Development
Lead the development and execution of strategies to proactively scout, identify, and attract potential B2B clients and key resellers in local and international markets. - Utilize various channels, including intensive cold calling, targeted cold emailing, and strategic networking, to generate high-quality leads. - Maintain and meticulously update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with new leads and client information.
Sales Strategy, Execution, and Analysis
Help to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets. - Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential challenges specific to each brand. - Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and discuss strategy adjustments with top management.
Client Relationship Management and Partnerships
Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with existing clients. - Identify and cultivate resellers, distributors, and partners in target markets. - Understand client needs, preferences, and pain points. - Proactively cross-sell and upsell products to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. - Monitor reseller performance and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Day-to-Day Operations and Office Autonomy
Serve as the expert point of contact for the assigned Italian brands, articulating the brands' unique value proposition, design legacy, and craftsmanship to clients. - Manage all incoming product and project inquiries from initial contact through quotation and follow-up on local projects. - Handle the daily back and forth with Italian teams across different time zones to coordinate orders, and address any brand-specific questions. - Take care of the brands' social media engagement and content updates to drive visibility.
