Senior Project Executive / Project Manager - Digital Solution

Our client is a fast-growing digital solution provider, specializing in custom mobile app development, web platforms, and digital transformation services for enterprise clients across various industries. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Project Executive / Project Manager to lead the delivery of mobile-focused digital projects.

As the Senior Project Executive / Project Manager, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile application projects - from scoping and planning through to execution and launch. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and meet client expectations.

• Manage multiple concurrent web & mobile app development projects

• Work closely with clients to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
• Coordinate internal resources: mobile developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and backend teams
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure development progress
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and ensure clear stakeholder communication
• Monitor and control project risks, timeline, scope changes, and budget
• Conduct UAT support, post-launch reviews, and ensure smooth handover to support/maintenance teams
• Assist in pre-sales support, solution proposal, and timeline estimation for new mobile projects (if required)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

• 5+ years of project management or delivery experience, preferably in a vendor/digital agency setting

• Proven experience managing mobile & Web projects

• Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology and mobile app development lifecycle

• Solid communication and client-facing skills in English and Cantonese
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams under tight timelines
• Familiarity with mobile app tools (e.g., Figma, Firebase, App Store/Play Store deployment)
