What you'll be doing?

In a large corporate environment, multiple teams have developed their own IT services to provide answers for business specific needs. We have customers converting their own services into IT products. To promote the use of the products, and create additional business revenue, the product teams are looking for seasoned Senior Pre-Sales to join the newly established outgoing sales team.

We are looking for pre-sales engineering with an outgoing personality to fulfil the needs of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product teams to understand customer requirements and formulate corresponding solution proposal
• As the key technical personnel to enable end-users to on-board the product, perform and execute PoC
• Gathering end-users feedbacks, write, suggesting and discussing features backlogs with the product teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth
• Create Product technical and promotional slides, workshops, blogs, images and workshop to encourage the use of product and on-boarding
• Collaborate with Account Owners, post-sales, and other team members to serve customers
• The product pre-sales (you) will be participating in multiple products, with multiple customers
• This role also requires you to perform new business development for the company, including building new connections with leads
• Be empathy and provide positivity emotional support for both end-users and product R&D team to soften tension and improve team morale
• Traveling to customer’s HK, China and overseas offices to perform the duty
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar discipline
• Minimum 2 years of pre-sales experience, exposure to IT industry
• Experience in product sales, stakeholder management is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and responsible.
• Able to work independently with self-discipline
• Good presentation and inter-personal skills
