职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Liaise between teams and client, to perform seamless operation
- Assisting with Client enquiries (email, mail, phone etc)
- Assist in preparing business reports and Perform general office administration
- Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned and perform other duties as assigned by Department head
- Report to management regularly and time of all related issues
- Maintaining CR records and Registers; liaising with HKG Companies Registry (filing Annual Returns) and BRC; drafting Board &/or Shareholder Minutes; follow up on annual Audit planning and IRD Tax Returns; liaison with registered agents in other jurisdictions
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 1 years relevant experience
- Detail-minded, energetic, adaptable with good organization skills;
- Able to work independently and play as a team member;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
- Immediate available is preferred
- With less experiences will be considered as Junior
