Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of office administration services including but not limited to procurement, repair & maintenance, and insurance, etc.
- Assist in monthly attendance, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management and maintain data systematically
- Provide secretarial & administrative support to Management Team
- Perform any ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- Experience in office administration would be an advantage
- Energetic, outgoing and details-minded
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and able to work with tight deadlines
- Good PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Word Processing)
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
