Technical Engineer / Technical Specialist

Job Description:

• Installing and configurating computer hardware, software, systems, networks, etc.
• Monitoring and maintaining system infrastructure.
• Providing IT & Telecom technical support across the company.
• User on-boarding / off-boarding.
• Repairing and/ or replacing equipment as necessary.
• Testing new technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 1 year or above working experience preferably in IT Technical Support.
• Experience in servers, network infrastructure and network security applications will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in fast growing environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently, responsible and well organized.
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
