Assistant Engineer

We are a well established local company engages in providing Concrete Demolition, Coring, Bridge & Road Saw Cutting, Wall Sawing and Diamond Wire Sawing, Concrete Surface Preparation services to all kinds of Contractors in Hong Kong for 40 years.  We invite high caliber, competent, responsible and self-motivated individuals to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Project co-ordination and follow up
• On site working is needed
• Work closely with Main Contractors and internal
• Responsible for tender estimation and submission, overall project schedule control, measurement of work & cost analysis, invoice submission

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in QS / Civil / Building or related fields
• Min. 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Experience in tender preparation, cost estimation & contractual claims
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, initiative and working independently
• Proficient in AUTOCAD, MS Office
• Competent to work fluently in Chinese and English
• With Class I, II Driver License Preferred
• Relevant experience in concrete demolition projects is preferred.
