DB Results is currently looking for an experienced PMO Lead to join our team to oversee and govern the execution of multiple retail projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and standards. This role requires strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Governance: Establish and uphold project management frameworks and methodologies, coordinate with different project managers to ensure project teams to follow project governance process so as to ensure the best practice across all project initiatives.

Portfolio Management: Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues, developing risk mitigation strategies and ensure effective contingency plans are in place.

Performance Tracking: Establish and track project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs). Tracking project status with risk, issues and dependencies, status reporting, budgeting and benefits realization and identifying areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the liaison between project teams and upper management. Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals.

Team development: Mentor project managers / project teams by providing guidance, training and support to foster professional growth.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and PMO.

Prior experience in delivering large scale IT system or digital transformation projects

Strong project management, stakeholder management, vendor management and problem-solving skills

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.

Able to do project coordination, project portfolio tracking, presentation, training and minutes tracking.

Pro-active, willing to contribute extra effort and time to meet required schedule
