职位描述
Duties:
• Act as a focal point to clients and coordinate with internal teams for projects;
• Monitor project schedule and scope of work to meet client's objectives and timeline;
• Take ownership of client's issues and provide professional solutions;
• Take up ad-hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
• High School graduates or Higher Diploma in any disciplines is preferred;
• 2 years or more experience in customer service or relevant experience is preferred;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook);
• Good customer service mindset, strong communication and problem solving skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pressing timelines;
• Shift duties required (morning & afternoon);
• Immediate available will definitely be an advantage.

• 能熟練地使用電腦,包括MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook);
• 具備良好的客戶服務精神,溝通及解難能力;
• 能夠在節奏明快的環境中工作並滿足緊迫的時間表;
• 願意輪班工作 (上午及下午);
• 能即時上班優先考慮。
