DevOps Engineer (14-month salary guaranteed)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Platform Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade DevOps tooling platforms and operational modules.
• Build and optimize Kubernetes-based container orchestration systems for scalable cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration between development and production. environments
• Participate in system reliability initiatives including monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Expertise

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Programming Proficiency: 1+ years of hands-on experience with Go (Golang), Java, or Python, with demonstrable web application development experience

• Container Orchestration:Extensive knowledge and practical experience with Kubernetes (K8s) in production environments

• DevOps Practices:basic understanding of CI/CD methodologies, GitOps workflows, and cloud infrastructure management

• Cloud Platforms: familiar with AWS and their native services

Preferred Experience

• Gitops Applications:Proven experience on cloud native GitOps software, including: k8s, rancher, kubesphere, openshift, argoCD, and etc.

• Consumer-Facing Applications: Proven experience supporting high-traffic, consumer-oriented (toC) applications with stringent uptime requirements

• Cloud Services Background: Hands-on experience in cloud service environments, including SaaS/PaaS platforms and distributed systems

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• Proactive mindset with commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions
• Experience working in agile development environments with rapid iteration cycles
