(Senior) Manager- Finance Accounting

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Bank’s month-end consolidation, financial disclosures, financial control & reporting duties of the Bank to comply with relevant accounting and regulatory requirements
• Involve in the financial statements preparation, policies and procedures manuals’ review and participate in accounting related projects
• Maintain financial account controlling standards, payment controls and reporting analysis, supervise the team on daily smooth accounting operations and month-end closing;
• Manage the liaison with external auditors and internal stakeholders
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant experience from banking and financial industry
• Professional qualifications in HKICPA, ACCA, HKIB Certified Banker would be an advantage
• Familiar with HKMA requirements including banking returns and regulatory requirements
• Good communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, well organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Financial Accounting System
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
