Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Customer Service team to deliver customer services in a timely, efficient and quality manner in a clinic setting
- Provide on-the-job training & coaching to the team
- Assist in the formulation of Customer Service guidelines
- To plan and administer daily manpower arrangement
- Deliver professional and high quality service experience at front desk including patient registration, appointment booking and handling phone inquiry
- Carry out any other duties as required by the Manager and the Company.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above academic qualification
- Preferably with at least 3 years experience in supervision role of customer service
- Customer-centric in driving total customer satisfaction
- Mature, positive, proactive, and with customer-service manner
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC knowledge
