Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

Chinasoft International is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team supporting a major public healthcare organization in Hong Kong. This position will be based full-time on-site at the client’s headquarters in Kai Tak. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering business and user requirements, designing user-centric solutions, and facilitating effective communication between business users and the technical development team, with a strong focus on mobile and web application projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect, analyze, and document user requirements from a user-centric perspective, particularly for mobile apps and web platforms.

2. Design and map data flows and system workflows to support development planning and ensure alignment with user needs.

3. Provide hands-on UX/UI input for mobile and web application development, ensuring usability and accessibility best practices are followed.

4. Act as a bridge between users and developers, ensuring clear communication of functional requirements and technical feasibility.

5. Conduct business analysis to define scope, goals, and deliverables for mobile/web projects in collaboration with stakeholders.

6. Support and coordinate market promotion activities for apps and websites, including user engagement and adoption strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on mobile app and web application development

• Proven UX/UI design involvement in real-world mobile/web projects

• Experience in collecting and translating user requirements into functional specifications and wireframes

• Solid understanding of system workflows, user journeys, and usability principles

• Hands-on experience in App/Web market promotion and user engagement campaigns

• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration abilities
• Experience in public sector or healthcare-related projects is an advantage
