- 合資格申請者培訓期內成功參加「ATP建造業議會認可技術人才培訓計劃」並通過建造業議會評審，可獲建造業議會約港幣5萬元資助。
- 申請人須懂得閱讀及書寫中文，並能以廣東話溝通。
- 工作地點:將軍澳 / 東涌 / 大圍 / 薄扶林 / 元朗 / 沙田 / 天水圍
