Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for the smart office implementation of office renovation or relocation project.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including presales consultant and external vendors.
- Oversee the deployment of smart technologies such as access control, IoT sensors, room booking systems, meeting room AV solutions.
- Manage vendor including performance and service quality monitoring during implementation
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure user adoption and smooth transition to the new workspace
- Prepare documentation including project plan, work-breakdown schedule, project meeting minutes and deliverables documents.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and project sponsors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is preferrable
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in smart office or workplace technology projects.
- Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of smart office solutions, workplace IoT, and ELV solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
