Business Development Manager - Spirits, Off Trade

About the role

As the Business Development Manager - Spirits, Off Trade at Bright Diva International Limited', you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding the company's presence in the spirits market, particularly within the off-trade sector. This full-time role is based in the Kwai Chung Kwai Tsing District, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of this dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the off-trade spirits market
2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase market share
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and other industry stakeholders
4. Conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns
6. Providing regular sales reports and performance metrics to the management team
7. Achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in new business development, preferably within the off-trade spirits industry
