Job Description

Your opportunity

Directly reporting to the Boutique Manager, this person will have a mission to perform as the brand ambassador, to promote brand image and provide in-depth product knowledge and high standard of customer service to customers.

How you will contribute

• Act as a brand ambassador and Deliver the high standard of customer service/hospitality to all customers
• Ensure professional knowledge of our brand, products and marketing activities
• CRM development (Strategy & Practice)
• Assist in daily operations including but not limited to stock management and shop presentation

Who you are

• Prior exposure in luxury goods or premium jewelry and watches brands is preferred
• Passionate in luxury jewelry, positive and mature mindset
• A good team player with good communication skills, customer service mindset and the ability to build and maintain customers relationships
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferable
