Responsibility
• Develop and explore business opportunities: maintain and deepen the relationship with existing clients and explore potential clients;
• Assesses client IT service needs and makes recommendations;
• Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch solution, service, and combination packages to clients
• Deliver effective presentations and solution proposals;
• Participate in business negotiations and close deals both individually and as a team;
• To follow up on marketing campaigns to promote new solutions to clients;
• Work closely with technical pre-sales and delivery team to come out with technical and commercial proposals;
• Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual performance and measures for improvement.
Request
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration
• With at least 8 years of experiences in IT services, solution business engagement and sales;
• Works for IT consultancies, or technology solutions organisations with proven track record of selling professional services and exceeding sales targets;
• Proactive, client focus with strong motivation to meet and exceed Clients' expectations;
• Effective and smooth communication skills with Clients, colleagues and vendors at all levels;
• Fluent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese;
• Experience in Microsoft solutions and products is a plus;
• Service experience to large clients is preferred.
