1. IT運維專員

崗位職責：

• 系統監控：5x24小時輪班監控MT4/MT5系統集群、網絡和伺服器性能指標，及時發現潛在問題。

• 一線支持：接收並處理交易部和其他部門提交的技術問題工單，提供L1級別的故障排查和解決。

• 日常維護：執行IT經理安排的日常系統維護任務，如日誌檢查、數據備份、用戶賬戶管理等。

• 文檔記錄：準確記錄所有故障處理過程和系統變更，積累知識庫。

• 交接與上報：清晰交接班，對於無法獨立解決的問題，及時上報給IT經理或資深工程師。

• 持續學習：積極參與技術培訓，快速提升對交易系統架構和運維技能的理解。

任職要求：

必需條件：

• 2023或2024屆本科或以上學歷，計算機科學、信息技術、網絡工程或相關專業。
• 對Linux/Windows操作系統和計算機網絡有扎實的理論基礎。
• 強烈的求知欲、出色的邏輯思維和問題解決能力。
• 具備流利的粵語、普通話和良好的英文技術文檔閱讀能力。
• 能適應5x24小時輪班制工作（包括夜班），具備極強的責任心。

優先條件：

• 有Linux/網絡相關認證（如RHCSA, CCNA），或有個人技術項目（如搭建網站、伺服器）者優先。
• 有編程或腳本（Python/Shell）經驗者優先。

培養計劃：

• 入職後將接受帶薪培訓，內容包括：MT4/MT5系統架構深度講解、Windows/Linux系統管理、網絡基礎、監控工具使用、公司SOP等。
• 培訓結束後，將在資深工程師帶領下進行實操，通過考核後正式參與輪班。
• 清晰的晉升路徑：IT運維專員 → 系統工程師 → 資深運維工程師/技術專家。

IT Support

Job Responsibilities:

• System Monitoring:
  Monitor MT4/MT5 system clusters, networks, and server performance metrics in a 5x24 shift schedule, promptly identifying potential issues.

• First-Line Support:
  Receive and handle technical issue tickets submitted by the Trading Department and other departments, providing L1-level troubleshooting and resolution.

• Daily Maintenance:
  Execute daily system maintenance tasks assigned by the IT Manager, such as log checks, data backups, and user account management.

• Documentation:
  Accurately document all fault handling processes and system changes to build a knowledge base.

• Handover and Reporting:
  Conduct clear shift handovers and report unresolved issues to the IT Manager or senior engineers in a timely manner.

• Continuous Learning:
  Actively participate in technical training to rapidly enhance understanding of trading system architecture and operational skills.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related fields, graduating in 2023 or 2024.
• Solid theoretical foundation in Linux/Windows operating systems and computer networks.
• Strong desire to learn, excellent logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and able to read technical documents in English.
• Ability to adapt to a 5x24 hour shift work schedule (including night shifts) with a strong sense of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification related to Linux/networking (e.g., RHCSA, CCNA) or personal technical projects (e.g., building websites, servers) is preferred.
• Experience in programming or scripting (Python/Shell) is preferred.

Training Program:

• After joining, you will undergo paid training, including in-depth explanations of MT4/MT5 system architecture, Windows/Linux system management, networking basics, monitoring tool usage, and company SOPs.
• After training, you will participate in practical exercises under the guidance of senior engineers and officially join shifts after passing assessments.
• Clear career advancement path: IT Support → Systems Engineer → Senior Operations Engineer/Technical Specialist.

2. IT部門經理

 崗位職責：

• 系統保障與戰略：負責公司所有交易系統（以MT4/MT5為核心）的穩定性、安全性和高性能，制定並執行IT基礎設施發展規劃。

• 團隊與技術管理：領導IT運維團隊，管理伺服器、網絡、數據庫等基礎設施，處理所有L2/L3級別的技術故障。

• 值班與應急響應：建立並管理5x24小時值班響應體系，作為最高級的技術支持（on-call），處理交易時段內的緊急故障。

• 流程優化：建立和完善系統監控、變更管理、故障處理和知識庫體系。

• 跨部門協作：與交易部經理緊密合作，確保IT系統最大限度滿足業務需求，主導系統升級和新技術引入項目。

• 團隊建設：負責IT團隊成員的招聘、技能培訓和職業發展指導。

任職要求：

必需條件：

• 5年以上金融科技行業運維經驗，深刻理解MT4/MT5全套架構（包括伺服器、橋接、流動性接入）。
• 具備豐富的團隊管理經驗和大型系統故障排查能力。
• 精通Linux/Windows Server操作系統、網絡協議（TCP/IP, VLAN）、數據庫（MySQL, PostgreSQL）和腳本語言（Shell/Python）。
• 出色的項目管理和溝通協調能力。
• 必須參與輪班on-call支持。

優先條件：

• 有AWS/Azure等雲平台運維經驗者優先。
• 持有CISSP, CCIE, RHCA等高級認證者優先。

IT Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• System Assurance and Strategy:
  Responsible for the stability, security, and high performance of all trading systems (with MT4/MT5 as the core), developing and implementing IT infrastructure development plans.

• Team and Technical Management:
  Lead the IT operations team, managing infrastructure such as servers, networks, and databases, and addressing all L2/L3 technical faults.

• On-Call and Emergency Response:
  Establish and manage a 5x24 on-call response system, providing the highest level of technical support to address emergency faults during trading hours.

• Process Optimization:
  Establish and improve system monitoring, change management, fault handling, and knowledge base systems.

• Cross-Department Collaboration:
  Work closely with the Trading Department Manager to ensure IT systems meet business needs to the fullest extent, leading system upgrades and new technology implementation projects.

• Team Building:
  Responsible for recruiting IT team members, providing skills training, and career development guidance.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of operational experience in the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of the complete architecture of MT4/MT5 (including servers, bridging, and liquidity access).
• Extensive team management experience and large system fault troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proficient in Linux/Windows Server operating systems, network protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and scripting languages (Shell/Python).
• Excellent project management and communication coordination skills.
• Must participate in shift on-call support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is preferred.
• Candidates holding advanced certifications such as CISSP, CCIE, or RHCA are preferred.
