Sales Coordinator

We are an Italian building materials company based in Hong Kong & Singapore with long term cooperation with leading Italian manufacturers and artisans.

We are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team to grow together :

Scope of the role:

• Approach local professionals (designers and architects) and present our products (high quality / design oriented)
• Follow up with mails and samples delivery.
• Prepare quotations and guide the client during the selection of the materials.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping & factories during ordering process and ensure timely and smooth delivery to job site

What you need

• School certificate or above
• High proficiency in MS Office, English, and Chinese typing
• Good command of both speaking and writing English & Cantonese. Any other language is welcome as a positive plus
• Extroverted, Willing to learn, Resilient, Responsible
• Recent graduates or applicants without sales experience is also welcome.
