Job Description
What you'll be doing?
• Effective communications between office internal teams and beauty centers for coordination of operational activities;
• Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures in line with business objectives;
• Prepare regular reports for management review;
• Educate the sales teams to use POS system accurately;
• Provide administrative assistance to Sales & Operations Department;
• Liaise with centre outlets and functional departments on daily operation issues;
• Provide all rounded administrative support for efficient business operation of the beauty (medical) center;
• Inventory control experience is necessary;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What we are looking for?
• Diploma or above
• Preferably 3 year administrative experience in retail / beauty / pharmaceutical industry;
• Experience in handling medical supplies is an advantage;
• Hands on knowledge in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and proficient in Dkdoo/ B2B system;
• Proficient in written English & Chinese;
• Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills;
• Mature, detail minded & independent;
• Immediately available is highly recommended.
