Senior Scientist - Bioinformatics

Responsibilities

• Design and develop bioinformatics analysis processes for sequence optimization.
• Participate in experimental design and data analysis for research projects.
• Work closely with the R&D team to identify problems that bioinformatics can solve and provide technical support.
• Participate in the management and maintenance of the company's database and bioinformatics platform.
• Provide bioinformatics technical support to internal and external partners.
• Conduct bioinformatics-related research and apply it to the company's business.

Requirements

• PhD degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in bioinformatics, computational biology.
• Proficiency in bioinformatics analysis software and programming languages such as R and Python.
• Strong experience in analyzing and interpreting bioinformatics data.
• Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills, with a sense of teamwork and service.
• Possess strong independent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Diligent, passionate about research, meticulous, patient and responsible.
• Machine learning skills are a plus.
