Job Duties

Hip Hing Construction Group [Hip Hing Construction Co. Ltd and Vibro (HK) Ltd] Summer Internship Programme is an 8-week programme provides students field experience in the below areas:

1. Civil/Structural Engineering
2. Building Engineering
3. Building Services Engineering
4. Quantity Surveying
5. Building Information Modelling
6. Safety
7. Sustainability & Environment
8. Mechanical Engineering
9. Site Investigation

• Students will be assigned to project sites to gain real life working experience in the above areas. Other learning activities such as technical seminars, workshops, site visits, etc. will also be arranged during the internship period.
• After completion of Summer Internship Programme, part-time employment may be offered to students with good performance in coming academic year to continue to gain site working experience in our projects to further enhance their technical knowledge and skills before graduation.
• Priority for coming Fresh Graduate Recruitment will also be given to those perform well in the internship programme.
• Summer Internship Programme Period: 15 June 2026 to 7 August 2026

Requirements

• Student who is studying the degree programme (but not limited to) below areas/disciplines:
  • Civil / Structural Engineering
  • Building Engineering and Management
  • Building Services / Mechanical / Building Sciences / Architectural Engineering
  • Surveying / Quantity Surveying
  • Geology / Earth Science
  • Occupational Safety and Health Management
  • Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering / Sustainable Development
• Priority will be given to those will graduate from the degree programme in year 2027 summer.
• Passionate and interested in construction industry and main contractor business.
• Willing to learn with positive attitude.
• Possession of a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
