Cost Controller (E&M)

Job Duties:

• Support the evaluation and tracking of expenditures for E&M projects

• Manage the budget setup process and oversee budget release applications from the project team

• Analyze cost data and generate cost control reports to forecast the End-of-Site Profit and Loss

• Highlight potential financial risks, identify causes, and propose remedial measures

• Prepare materials for presentations at Cost Control Meetings and document meeting minutes

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management as needed

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in the budget or accounting field on construction project cost control, experience on E&M project will be an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office operation, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese

• Proactive, self-motivated, work independently and have good communication skills
