About the role 你的職責

• Coordinating trade events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to engage with key customers and partners
• Assisting with the management of retail operations, including inventory management, store display, and customer service
• Providing knowledgeable and personalized sales support to customers, both in-store and through various communication channels
• To maintain Quotation, PO, invoice files and related order records such as material, price, inventory and delivery records;
• To maintain the marketing, sales materials, such as presentation kitto ensure the successful delivery of marketing deatils and initiatives
• 協調貿易活動、展覽會和促銷活動，與重要客戶和合作夥伴互動。
• 協助管理零售運營，包括庫存管理、店面陳列和客戶服務。
• 為客戶提供專業且個性化的銷售支持，無論是在店內還是通過各種溝通渠道。
• 維護報價單、採購訂單、發票文件及相關訂單記錄，如材料、價格、庫存和交貨記錄。
• 維護行銷和銷售材料，如展示套件，以確保行銷細節和計劃的成功執行。

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, retail support or a related field
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese & English
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Immediately available preferred
• Closely communication with store teams to ensure operations excellence in all aspects of store operations
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on operations issues including the POS, Logistics, maintenance, etc.
• Adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
• Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
• Candidate with more experience, will be considered to a more senior role
