Event Helper/Brand Ambassador

About the role

As an Event Helper/Brand Ambassador at MI Marketing, you'll be a key part of our team, supporting the execution of exciting and engaging events for our clients. This full-time role is based in Kowloon, offering you the opportunity to be on the frontline of our marketing and brand activation initiatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting with the set-up, management and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
2. Providing exceptional customer service and brand representation to event attendees
3. Distributing marketing collateral and promoting our clients' products or services
4. Collecting and recording data, such as lead generation and feedback, to support post-event analysis
5. Collaborating with the broader events and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, impactful events

1. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of people
2. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
3. Enthusiasm for event production and a keen eye for detail

5. Reliable transportation to and from event locations
