Senior Product Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze technology-driven product requirements, converting complex business needs into technical specifications, and oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to launch.
• Assist in developing and optimizing product development processes, ensuring accountability at every stage to enhance team collaboration.
• Design efficient product prototypes and requirement documents, coordinating closely with UI design and technical teams to ensure development progress and quality.
• Gather user feedback and conduct data analysis to propose innovative product improvement solutions, enhancing user experience.
• Organize regular technical sharing sessions to promote knowledge sharing and elevate team technical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, particularly in the fintech sector.
• Deep understanding of mobile application development processes, with skills in product prototype design and requirement documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong sense of responsibility and logical thinking ability, capable of independently resolving complex technical issues and driving project progress.
