Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for in-store visual presentation from concept development, artwork, production, logistics to implementation.
• Design VM materials & graphics and follow up marketing materials production
• Create and edit video for in-store presentation and Social Marketing
• Develop creative concepts and ideas for social media channels and website
• Plan and conduct regular store visits to ensure VM standards are well maintained
• Coordinate and execute projects including shop construction, promotion, according to company standard and headquarter instructions
• Liaise and negotiate with local vendors for ordering VM displays and props
• Work closely with contractors and retailers/ Sales person to ensure all visual merchandising production and set up are delivered on time with expected quality
• Assist in the development of VM guidelines for monthly decoration and new product display

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising or relevant disciplines
• Proficiency in using Adobe Premiere pro and After Effect, Final Cut, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS office, etc.
• Experience with high knowledge in filming and video editing highly preferred
• Strong commercial sense, in cosmetic brand preferable
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese
• Creative, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Responsible, good communication and interpersonal skill with positive and helpful attitude
• 3 years’ experience in Retail Visual Merchandising in cosmetics / skin care brand / Graphic design industry is preferred
