Job Title: Assistant Leasing Manager (Office)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Leasing Manager to support leasing operations for our Grade A office portfolio and Business Centre. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, with particular expertise in handling Business Centre operations. Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Support: Manage leasing activities for Grade A office spaces and Business Centre units, ensuring high occupancy rates and tenant retention. Monitor and optimize Business Centre occupancy rates.
Tenant & Space Management:Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs for both office and Business Centre spaces. Maintain up-to-date records of space allocations and availability. Implement strategies to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor positioning, and leasing opportunities.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants, brokers, and industry stakeholders, providing exceptional service throughout the leasing process.
Lease Negotiation & Documentation: Negotiate lease terms, prepare and review lease/license agreements for both office and Business Centre spaces, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with leasing agents and senior management to achieve departmental targets.
Reporting & Analysis: Assist in tracking leasing performance and preparing reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably with Business Centre operations
- Working experience in an office agency firm is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving leasing goals and managing high-value transactions.
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with lease agreements.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is a must.
- Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
