Quality Assurance Assistant

About the role

Intertec Asia Limited is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team in North Point, Eastern District. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our business operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage and co-ordinate product certification/testing process with accredited laboratories.

Develop, maintain, and monitor all certificates and test reports.

Support the artwork and user manual creation in compliance with international standards and safely regulations.

Communication with third party laboratories/inspection companies to arrange factory audit and inspection.

Assist HQ in implementing a CSR related supplier controlling and developing system.

Co-ordinate with other departments regarding Quality Assurance related tasks.

Assist ad-hoc Quality Assurance project and other tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

• High Diploma or higher, preferably in Quality Management or related
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control preferably in consumer products.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.
• Working experience in Trading, Buying, Sourcing Office is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, verbal & written and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
• Possess a can-do attitude, team player, independent, hardworking, well organized and good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
