Web Developer / Engineer (eCommerce)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Developers / Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing highly responsive and visually appealing web applications using modern web technologies. The role involves collaborating with our design and development teams to create engaging user interfaces and seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, test, and maintain web and eCommerce applications.

•Translate business requirements into technical designs leveraging platforms such as Adobe Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus, Shopline, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, and others.

•Participate in system architecture and solution design discussions to ensure scalable, maintainable implementations.

•Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices across the development team.

•Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments.

•Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (design specs, API docs, user guides).

Requirements:

•At least 2 years of experience in programming development.

•Proficiency in PHP modern development practise.

•Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

•Familiarity with PHP modern frameworks e.g. Laravel , object-oriented programming (OOP), and test-driven development (TDD) with PHPUnit.

•Knowledge of Linux operation.

•Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack or Grunt.

•Experience in developing responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.

•Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX.

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Nice-to-have:

•Experience with TypeScript.

•Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.

•Understanding of UX design principles.

•Familiarity with serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda.
