Watch Design Supervisor

Responsibilities

l   Oversee the entire watch design process, including concept development, sketching, 3D modeling, and rendering

l   Collaborate with the development team to ensure design feasibility

l   Evaluate existing products and propose improvement plans

l   Research market trends and competitors to provide advice for product development.

Requirements

l   Degree or above in Art/Industrial Design or related fields

l   At least 3 years of practical watch design experience. innovative and market-savvy

l   Proficient in design software such as AI, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and CATIA

l   Familiar with watch development processes, movements, dials, cases, and other structural and technological aspects.

l   Willing to travel

l   Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin
