We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Operator to support the Procurement Trims Team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing everyday parcels, oversee warehouse operations, sort fabric rolls, and possess basic computer knowledge to support administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities 職責
· Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, repacking, and dispatching cargoes.
負責日常倉庫運作,包括收貨、分類、重新包裝及貨物出倉。
· Pick up urgent samples or documents from the local market (Hong Kong) or, when necessary, from China.
於本地市場(香港)或有需要時前往中國提取緊急樣品或文件。
· Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
與供應商及內部團隊協調,確保運作順暢。
· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warehouse and procurement activities.
維持與倉庫及採購活動相關的準確記錄及文件。
· Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) and lift heavy items as required.
能操作倉庫設備(如手動托盤車),並具備搬運重物的體力。
· Handle miscellaneous office tasks and ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications and Skills 資歷要求
· 2–3 years of warehouse experience.
2至3年倉庫工作經驗。
· High school diploma or equivalent.
高中或同等學歷。
· Basic English and good Cantonese communication skills.
具備基本英語及良好粵語溝通能力。
· Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
具備基本電腦知識,包括熟悉微軟Office應用程式。
· Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
具備搬運重物的體力。
· Good manners, smart, and organized.
有良好禮貌、聰明及有條理。
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
能獨立工作及具團隊合作精神。
